2006/07 Goals

1. Re-evaluate the Company Nurse On Call Program:
   1. Effectiveness of claim reduction
   2. Proper claim handling
   3. Employee acceptance

2. Return to Work Program – (Jeff Rush)

3. School Shop Safety – Continue implementation

4. Driver Training:
   1. Bus Drivers – Provide safe lifting training
   2. All Drivers – Provide defensive driving training

5. Set up and provide training matrix for district administrations including:
   1. Initial
   2. Annual required
   3. Periodic required
   4. Refresher
   5. Job specific (ladders, safe patient handling…)

6. Pandemic Flu (Patty K)
   1. Determine if the JPA should be involved by providing guidance and assistance

7. Provide initial Hep B vaccinations
   1. Help districts offset the cost of providing vaccinations to facilitate program startups.
