Tuolumne JPA Vision Programs
The JPA offers three different Vision Service Plan policies with four different deductible options for school employees.
PLAN A: Exam every year, lenses and frames every other year
PLAN B: Exam and lenses every year, frames every other year
PLAN C: Exam, lenses and frames every year
Annual Deductible Options: $0, $5, $10, $15 (based on a calendar year)
