Tuolumne JPA Dental Programs
The JPA offers Delta Dental incentive programs with 2 different annual maximums and 5 different orthodontia coverage options.
Annual Maximums: A maximum of $1,000 (Program I.) or $2,000 (Program II.) in benefits is paid out per calendar year for each covered individual. After the maximum has been reached, no additional benefits are available until the first day of the next calendar year.
Orthodontia Coverage: Orthodontia coverage is available to JPA members by bargaining group. Check with your district office to determine if you are entitled to the benefits and if so, which benefit.
Incentive Programs: Incentive programs with Delta Dental offer 70% coverage with contracting providers for the first year, 80% for the second year, 90% for the third year and 100% coverage for the forth year and each year thereafter. These incentive levels are applied only if the covered individual receives routine dental care at least once each year and there is no lapse in coverage.
