Note: In order to use this program you will need to follow these instructions:
You will be asked if you want to OPEN or SAVE. Choose SAVE. Save it to a location on your computer where you will be able to locate it later.
Save this ZIP file to your computer.
Unzip the file - usually accomplished by double clicking on the file.
Drag the file from the unzipped file to your desktop or other desired location
Double click on the ACCESS icon
A warning will pop up letting you know that this file contains script - click "open"
The program should open and you will be able to generate site specific checklists.
You will not be able to run this program from your web browser! This is a Microsoft@ Access file - you must have Access to run this program.
