Settlement Authority

1.         The Claims Administrator will be authorized to enter into stipulated and compromise & release settlements for Workers’ Compensation claims up to and including $10,000.00 providing  the Claims Administrator has approval from the district.

2.         Settlements above $10,000.00 up to the S.I.R., will involve consultation with the district representative and a majority vote of the board members at a board meeting or,

3.         Settlements above $10,000.00 up to the S.I.R., will involve consultation with the district representative and approval from a majority of the officers.
